College Overview:
The Faculty of Engineering Sciences and Technology was established in 1996 to provide distinguished educational services at the local and regional levels, while preparing graduates to assume their responsibilities, taking into account our distinguished cultural heritage and the difficult challenges facing our societies to keep pace with the industrial world. Thus, the graduate of the faculty achieves his country's goals in development and progress. The faculty is keen to qualify its graduates to work in culturally diverse environments such as many international companies present in Egypt and the region. The Faculty of Engineering Sciences and Technology works hard to develop professional engineers and enhance their capabilities, which leads to economic development in a manner that is responsible towards society and the environment.
The college includes many laboratories, workshops, training halls, auditoriums, classrooms, seminar and conference halls of high quality to accommodate the requirements of students and the educational and training process, and places for faculty members, assistants and employees of the college. All these human energies and capabilities are harnessed to serve the educational and research process and to perform it in harmony, consistency and high standard.

- Department of Basic Sciences.
The student is required to obtain 182 credit hours to graduate.
